Like you, we’ve never had to deal with such an uncertain time.

As a business, we’re committed to the health and safety of our community, customers and team – this is our number one focus. It’s why we’re closely monitoring the evolving situation with COVID-19 both locally and around the globe.


We’ll continue to bring you the latest in our treatments, product range as well as share stories, how-to’s and content that hopefully brings you a little joy each day! You, our community are important to us and we’re in this together.

We understand you may have questions in regards to your appointments, online orders and deliveries and we’ll do our best to answer below:


  • Please use hand sanitiser provided on arrival.
  • Please check in using our unique QR code.
  • Temperature will be checked on arrival.
  • All staff will be wearing a mask.
  • Masks are mandatory upon entry for all clients.
  • If you have cold or flu like symptoms within 5 days prior to your appointment, please cancel with ample notice.
  • If you have experienced a fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath or travelled overseas in the past month, please do not enter this facility.
  • There may only be up to 5 people in the waiting room.
  • Please avoid bringing any “plus ones” to your appointment.
  • When in store, please maintain a 1.5m distance from others at all times.


Being an online business, it’s business as usual and remains open, where you can shop 24/7.


We are working closely with our delivery partners to ensure parcels arrive in the safest way possible. Due to the current situation, there may be delays in delivery times but be assured our warehouse and couriers are currently operating and we will let you know if anything changes.

We’re in contact with our partners daily who are also taking the necessary precautions such as contactless delivery and will continue to keep you updated.


Our Customer Service team are still here to have a chat about all things beauty… or if you just need a friend.
They’re practising social distancing in the comfort of their activewear at home (along with the rest of the team).

Operating hours are from 10 am – 6 pm (AEST) Monday to Saturday on chat and email.
