With so many options available to tame those brows, it’s hard to decide what’s going to suit you best. The henna brow is one of the most recent brow trends to hit the beauty market and when we first heard about it, we instantly thought about the pretty tattoos we’d seen on women’s hands. But how would that look in the brow? We could only picture super dark reddish-brown, solid brows. Boy, were we wrong… Henna brow is perfection!
What is Henna?
Henna is a naturally derived product made from crushing the leaves of the henna plant. Thousands of years ago in Ancient Egypt, Henna was used to dye fabrics and hair, as well as makeup for the face and body. Today, we see henna as an art-form, decorating the hands and arms of brides to bring good luck and happiness to the couple.
Unlike traditional henna, our product has a wide range of hair coloured options to find the perfect shade for you. The henna is applied much like a standard tint, left to dry, and then removed. The henna will stain the skin beneath the brow hairs as well as colouring the brow hair, which gives the illusion of a fuller brow, and it’s the BEST at getting those pesky little grey hairs that are annoyingly stubborn.
